Our client is seeking a Business Technology Solutions Lead to work directly with People Solutions (Employee Benefits) leaders and stakeholders to understand technology needs, priorities, roadmaps, and challenges, and provide recommendations on solutions. This role will facilitate business case development, prioritization, discovery, and implementation of technical solutions, while providing oversight and direction to a small delivery team.

This role will facilitate business case development, prioritization, discovery, and implementation of technical solutions, while providing oversight and direction to a small delivery team.
Responsibilities
- Champion People Solutions’ technology needs within IT and Digital organizations, and act as a subject matter expert for business processes.
- Lead discovery efforts by guiding business and technology personnel through collaborative solutioning processes.
- Provide innovative thought leadership to solve business technology issues.
- Provide SME consultation during all phases of project delivery and on operationalized systems.
- Provide oversight and direction for a small group of Delivery Team members with potential direct management.
- 4 years of relevant work experience.
- Experience with Agile/Product/Value-Stream delivery models.
- Experience leading and/or managing small groups of contributing team members.
- Ability to educate and lead others through discovery and solutioning activities.
- Ability to communicate effectively with executive leadership.
- Strong discovery, critical thinking, time management, and interpersonal skills.
- Commercial Insurance or Employee Benefits experience.
- AI-forward thinking and understanding of technology capabilities.
- Experience with Microsoft Office including PowerPoint, Excel, Power BI, and CoPilot.
- Experience with project tools including MS Teams, Azure DevOps, Webex, and Miro.
- Solid understanding of business and technology with the ability to articulate complex technical concepts.
