Summary

We are seeking a Systems Analyst who can bridge business needs and technical solutions. This role requires strong analytical thinking, the ability to translate complex concepts into clear requirements, and the confidence to question assumptions to ensure high-quality outcomes.

Requirements

• Minimum of 5 years of experience in systems analysis within complex, technology-driven environments.
• Solid grasp of solution architecture, system design principles, and the software development lifecycle.
• Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Software Engineering, or equivalent professional experience.
• Strong problem-solving, analytical, documentation, and communication capabilities.
• Ability to gather, clarify, and validate detailed business and system requirements.
• Skilled in converting business objectives into functional and non-functional specifications.
• Experience working closely with engineers, architects, PMs, and business partners to shape scalable, effective solutions.
• Experience participating in design discussions and reviews, offering constructive insights to ensure sound architecture and requirement alignment.
• Ability to prepare clear, development-ready user stories and ensure they are validated through testing.
• Capable of creating test scenarios and cases to verify solution accuracy and completeness.
• Comfortable supporting Agile practices including backlog refinement, sprint planning, and related ceremonies.
• Continuous improvement mindset, focused on enhancing systems, processes, and team workflows.

This is a 6-month, 100% on-site contract-to-hire opportunity with our MN client.
