Responsibilities
- Establish and maintain data quality monitoring processes.
- Configure and manage data quality rules using Informatica data quality modules.
- Create dashboards and reports to track data quality metrics and trends.
- Identify data quality issues, perform root cause analysis, and recommend solutions.
- Work closely with data stewards to define, enforce, and refine data quality standards.
- Serve as a bridge between technical teams and business stakeholders on data quality decisions.
- Translate technical findings into clear business language including impacts and tradeoffs.
- Support data governance initiatives including documentation and issue tracking.
- 3-5 years of experience in Data Quality, Data Governance, or a Master Data-focused role.
- Hands-on experience with Informatica data quality tools or modules.
- Experience in creating dashboards and visibility into data quality metrics.
- Strong analytical and critical-thinking skills.
- Proven ability to communicate effectively with both technical and non-technical stakeholders.
- Experience working directly with data stewards and governance teams.
- Ability to think beyond written specifications and understand underlying business problems.
- Experience with Snowflake or comparable Cloud data platforms.
- Experience using Power BI (strong data quality expertise prioritized over BI depth).
- Experience building or contributing to data quality roadmaps.
- Insurance or financial services industry background.
