Daily Responsibilities:
Project Name: Wealth in Focus is a new statement re-format project where team is responsible to test all aspects of new form design prior to release.
· Field service, ad hoc mailings, periodic statement testing, monthly statement production cycles; form and insert reconciliation and validation.
· Currently, testing new statement design to be phased in throughout 2026.
What program/technology/software knowledge is essential for this role?
Broker-dealer platforms (Betalink, Broadridge) and inhouse back office mainframe application used to validate statements. Microsoft tools (outlook, Word, Excel, Access).
Must-have Skills:
· Experience in financial services
· Statement/document production
· Audit and reconciliation
· Operational controls
Nice-to-have Skills:
· Business analyst / project management experience
· Financial instrument product knowledge (e.g., mutual funds, bonds, etc.)
Soft skills:
Candidate should be able to prioritize competing tasks.
Work well with a team diverse in experience (new hires, long-term employees).
