Integration Lead

A well-capitalized, high-growth electronic trading infrastructure firm in the securities finance and fixed income space is looking to hire a Client Integration Lead into their New York team.

This is a role for someone who has lived in the world of FIX connectivity, electronic trading workflows, sec finance or fixed income platforms, and who gets genuine satisfaction from owning complex integrations end-to-end.

The role in brief:

You'll be the central point of contact guiding institutional clients through the full integration lifecycle, from initial scoping and API/FIX onboarding through to live, production. That means working closely with Sales pre-deal, managing concurrent delivery workstreams, coordinating releases with external vendors, and acting as an internal voice for the client on product decisions.

As the team scales, you'll also serve as a senior escalation point for junior colleagues.

What they're looking for:

• 5 years integrating or supporting electronic trading platforms in a live environment
• Solid FIX messaging experience; familiarity with XML/JSON a plus
• Genuine technical knowledge depth within system integration
• Real exposure to repo, SBL, fixed income, or money markets , either on the platform side or within a FinTech firm serving those markets
• Someone who can manage competing priorities without dropping balls, and who communicates clearly at both the technical and executive level
• Experience with conformance testing, third-party connectivity vendors, and front/middle office trading systems
