- Supervise, train, and evaluate Day Services staff; provide leadership and development support
- Oversee implementation of individualized service plans and monitor outcomes to ensure quality and satisfaction
- Develop and maintain community-based opportunities that promote meaningful engagement and integration
- Ensure effective communication and coordination with individuals supported, families, and interdisciplinary teams
- Coordinate service delivery across home base and community settings, including transportation logistics
- Maintain compliance with all applicable regulations, standards, and agency policies
- Complete and oversee required documentation, including service plans and program records
- Promote a professional, respectful, and person-centered environment
- Collaborate with residential and vocational services to ensure continuity of care
- Assist with budget development and monitor program operations within approved parameters
- Ensure adequate staffing coverage, manage schedules, and oversee timekeeping processes
- Perform additional duties as assigned to support program operations
- Bachelor’s degree in a related field with at least one (1) year of experience supporting individuals with disabilities; OR
- Associate degree with three (3) years of relevant experience; OR
- High School diploma (or equivalent) with five (5) years of relevant experience, including supervisory experience
- Strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills
- Ability to interpret policies, service plans, and regulatory requirements
- Demonstrated problem-solving and decision-making abilities
- Must meet Lifetime Assistance Vehicle Operator Requirements
- Ability to meet physical demands of the role, including lifting up to 35 pounds
- Ability to obtain and maintain SCIP-R certification, as required
