Job Description:
This is a unique opportunity to join a rapidly growing company at a pivotal stage as a Strategic Partner Manager with a focus on referral and reseller programs:
- You will be responsibility for the entire partner lifecycle, including recruiting and onboarding new partners, while enabling and creating programs for co-marketing and co-selling.
- You will create Referral, Reseller, and Embedded Partner Programs with accounting firms and financial software resellers to grow revenue.
- Collaborates internally with Sales, Marketing, Product, and Customer Success to align partner goals with company objectives.
Requirements:
- 5 years of successful Partner or Channel Management experience within a B2B software, SaaS or ARR organization.
- Creative and Strategic - Must have experience establishing and executing on various incentive programs such as referral fees, reseller discounts, revenue sharing agreements, etc.
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, finance, or related field
Location: This is an hybrid work environment where you will have the flexibility to work from home on Monday, Thursday and Friday while reporting to an Austin, TX office Tuesday and Wednesday.
Base Salary: $100,000 - $150,000
Total Comp: $155,000 - $220,000
