Role Overview:

We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SCM Functional Project Manager / Business Analyst to support and lead end-to-end supply chain and logistics initiatives. This role requires strong functional expertise across SAP SCM modules along with proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.


Key Responsibilities:

• Act as a functional lead for SAP SCM processes including planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution

• Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements (BRD/FRD)

• Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions and system enhancements

• Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery

• Lead project activities including planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting

• Drive process improvements and optimization across supply chain functions

• Support system testing, UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support

• Ensure user adoption through training and documentation

• Manage cross-functional coordination across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)

Required Skills & Experience:

• 10  years of experience in SAP SCM / Supply Chain / Logistics domain

• Strong functional expertise in SAP SCM modules (MM, SD, PP, EWM, or TM)

• Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst

• Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation (BRD/FRD), and solution design

• Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations or rollouts

• Strong knowledge of logistics processes: procurement, inventory, planning, distribution

• Experience with S/4HANA environments is highly preferred

• Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
