Role Overview:
We are seeking a highly experienced SAP SCM Functional Project Manager / Business Analyst to support and lead end-to-end supply chain and logistics initiatives. This role requires strong functional expertise across SAP SCM modules along with proven project management and stakeholder engagement skills.
Key Responsibilities:
- Act as a functional lead for SAP SCM processes including planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution
- Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements (BRD/FRD)
- Translate business needs into functional SAP solutions and system enhancements
- Serve as a liaison between business and technical teams to ensure successful delivery
- Lead project activities including planning, tracking, risk management, and reporting
- Drive process improvements and optimization across supply chain functions
- Support system testing, UAT, implementation, and post-go-live support
- Ensure user adoption through training and documentation
- Manage cross-functional coordination across SAP modules (MM, SD, PP, etc.)
- 10 years of experience in SAP SCM / Supply Chain / Logistics domain
- Strong functional expertise in SAP SCM modules (MM, SD, PP, EWM, or TM)
- Proven experience as a Project Manager and/or Business Analyst
- Hands-on experience in requirement gathering, documentation (BRD/FRD), and solution design
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations or rollouts
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes: procurement, inventory, planning, distribution
- Experience with S/4HANA environments is highly preferred
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
