Job Title: SAP SCM Project Manager / Business Analyst (PM/BA)
Location: Bridgewater, NJ -Onsite
Experience: 13 Years
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SAP SCM projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
Translate business requirements into functional SAP SCM solutions
Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
Support end-to-end logistics processes: planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution
Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
Coordinate and support system testing (SIT/UAT) and implementation activities
Ensure smooth deployment and user adoption of solutions
Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements
Required Skills & Experience
13 years of experience in SAP, with strong focus on SAP SCM modules
Proven experience as both Project Manager and Business Analyst
Strong knowledge of logistics processes:
Demand Planning
Procurement
Inventory Management
Order Fulfillment & Distribution
Hands-on experience in SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, APO/IBP (preferred)
Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations and support projects
Strong understanding of business process mapping and documentation
Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
