Key Responsibilities
- Lead and manage SAP SCM projects, including planning, execution, tracking, and delivery
- Collaborate with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements
- Translate business requirements into functional SAP SCM solutions
- Act as a liaison between business users and technical teams
- Support end-to-end logistics processes: planning, procurement, inventory, and distribution
- Identify process improvement opportunities and recommend solutions
- Manage project risks, issues, and dependencies effectively
- Coordinate and support system testing (SIT/UAT) and implementation activities
- Ensure smooth deployment and user adoption of solutions
- Provide post-implementation support and continuous improvements
- 13 years of experience in SAP, with strong focus on SAP SCM modules
- Proven experience as both Project Manager and Business Analyst
- Strong knowledge of logistics processes:
- Demand Planning
- Procurement
- Inventory Management
- Order Fulfillment & Distribution
- Hands-on experience in SAP modules such as MM, SD, PP, APO/IBP (preferred)
- Experience in end-to-end SAP implementations and support projects
- Strong understanding of business process mapping and documentation
- Experience with Agile and/or Waterfall methodologies
- Excellent stakeholder management and communication skills
