Role: SAP SCM PM/BA (Project Manager / Business Analyst)
Location: Bridgewater, NJ (Hybrid)
Key Responsibilities
Lead and manage SAP SCM projects from initiation to delivery
Work closely with business stakeholders to gather, analyze, and document requirements (BRD/FRD)
Translate business requirements into functional SAP solutions
Act as a liaison between business and technical teams
Drive project planning, tracking, and risk management activities
Coordinate with cross-functional modules (MM, SD, PP, WM/EWM)
Identify and implement process improvements across supply chain operations
Support testing cycles (SIT/UAT) and ensure successful implementation
Facilitate user training and adoption
Provide regular status reports and stakeholder communication
Required Skills
Functional Expertise:
Strong experience in SAP SCM modules:
SAP MM (Materials Management)
SAP SD (Sales & Distribution)
SAP PP (Production Planning)
SAP WM/EWM (Warehouse Management / Extended Warehouse Management)
PM/BA Skills:
Proven experience as Project Manager / Business Analyst
Requirement gathering & documentation (BRD, FRD)
Stakeholder management
Agile / Waterfall methodologies
Risk & issue management
Tools & Technologies:
SAP S/4HANA (preferred)
JIRA / ServiceNow (nice to have)
MS Project or equivalent tools
