Summary
TRC Talent Solutions is hiring an Aftermarket Strategy Manager for our client, a global leader in food processing automation. This is a high-impact, strategic role focused on driving aftermarket growth across parts, service contracts, and equipment upgrades. The position blends analytics, customer engagement, and commercial strategy to expand revenue opportunities and improve service coverage across the North American install base.
Responsibilities
- Lead and develop a team of sales and customer service professionals
- Drive aftermarket growth strategy across parts, service contracts, and upgrade offerings
- Analyze install base data, customer spend, and coverage rates to identify revenue opportunities
- Partner with customers and procurement teams to optimize pricing, delivery, and service alignment
- Lead voice-of-customer initiatives to identify gaps and develop solutions
- Build and maintain KPI-driven reporting and dashboards to support strategic decision-making
- Collaborate cross-functionally with sales, service, and operations teams to improve performance and customer satisfaction
- Identify and implement process improvements to enhance aftermarket performance and coverage
Requirements
- 3–5 years of experience in aftermarket, parts, service, or commercial strategy roles
- Strong analytical capabilities with experience in data analysis, reporting, or business intelligence
- Experience working with ERP systems (Dynamics AX or similar)
- Ability to influence business decisions through data-driven insights
- Leadership experience or demonstrated ability to lead and develop teams
- Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience with Power BI or similar data visualization tools
- Background in industrial equipment, manufacturing, or service-based organizations
