TRC’s client, a well-established manufacturing organization in Buford, is seeking a Human Resources Business Partner to serve as the primary HR leader for a manufacturing facility.

The HRBP operates as a trusted advisor to site leaders while owning day-to-day HR execution across the full employee lifecycle. This role balances hands-on HR support with consultative guidance to drive engagement, performance, and workforce effectiveness.

Key Responsibilities
- Serve as the primary HR advisor to plant leadership on employee relations, workforce planning, performance management, and retention.
- Act as the main HR point of contact for employees and leaders, ensuring consistent and compliant HR practices.
- Lead employee relations matters, including investigations, documentation, and manager coaching.
- Oversee payroll preparation and partner with corporate payroll to ensure accuracy and timeliness.
- Administer benefits programs and maintain accurate HRIS and personnel records.
- Lead full cycle recruiting for hourly and salaried roles; partner with hiring managers on hiring strategy.
- Ensure compliance with federal and state employment laws and company policies.
- Support safety initiatives, training coordination, and engagement programs.
- Provide HR insights and reporting related to turnover, hiring metrics, and workforce trends.

Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree in human resources, Business, or related field.
- 6 years of progressive HR experience, preferably in manufacturing or industrial environments.
- Experience serving as the primary HR resource for a site strongly preferred.
- Working knowledge of employee relations, payroll, benefits, and employment law.
- Proficiency with HRIS systems (SAP SuccessFactors preferred) and timekeeping platforms.
- Strong consultative, communication, and problem-solving skills.
- Comfortable balancing strategic partnership with hands-on execution.
Salary : $90,000 - $95,000
