Recruiter

TRC Talent Solutions is hiring an experienced Recruiter for a short-term contract role supporting a large, industry-leading supply chain solutions company. This role will be a 3-4 month contract supporting a great team!

Responsibilities:

• Manage full-cycle recruiting for high-volume hiring needs, including sourcing, screening, and scheduling candidates.
• Partner closely with hiring managers and HR to understand workforce requirements and staffing priorities.
• Leverage ATS and sourcing tools to build and maintain strong candidate pipelines.
• Track key recruiting metrics and provide regular updates on hiring progress and challenges.

Qualifications:

• 3 years of high-volume recruiting experience, preferably within manufacturing, distribution, or warehousing environments.
• Strong organizational, communication, and time-management skills.
• Ability to work onsite a few days in Westampton, NJ.
