Responsibilities of the Customer Service Coordinator
- Answer calls on the main phone line
- Assist assigned clients with any questions or concerns
- Enter assigned customer and work order information into the system
- Invoice clients for work completed
- Process and post payments
- Process maintenance reports
- Update client and equipment information
- Administrative task to support the service department
Requirements of the Customer Service Coordinator:
- The ideal candidate will demonstrate a positive, professional demeanor and thrive in a collaborative team environment
- Bachelor's degree preferred
- Great communication skills both written and verbal
