Job Title: Compensation Specialist Job Type: Contract (potential to convert in 3–6 months, not guaranteed)Location: Remote (Central or Eastern time zone required)Shift: Standard business hours (approx. 8 AM–6 PM)Pay: $20-21/hour (DOE) OverviewThe Compensation Specialist manages daily administration of U.S. field technician pay plans, ensuring accurate, timely processing of incentives and commissions. This role handles high-volume transactions, resolves compensation inquiries, and supports data integrity and process improvements. Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities:Process high-volume compensation transactions for field technician pay plans.Conduct regular audits to ensure accurate calculations and data integrity.Serve as primary contact for compensation-related inquiries, providing clear resolutions.Maintain SOPs, manager resources, and tools to support consistent plan adherence.Assist with process improvements and system enhancements (e.g., Workday, Xactly).Support special projects tied to compensation updates and operational needs.Qualifications & Requirements:Bachelor’s degree in business, HR, or related field OR equivalent experience.3 years in compensation, accounting, or high-volume transactional support.Experience with HRIS/ICM systems preferred (Workday, Xactly).Strong analytical skills, communication skills, and attention to detail.Proficiency in Google Workspace or Microsoft Office; advanced Excel preferred.TRC Talent Solutions is proud to be an Equal Opportunity Employer (EOE).
