Responsibilities:
- Reconcile invoices and payments in QuickBooks.
- Generate and review financial and sales reports.
- Support payroll processing and assist with closing activities.
- Manage purchase orders and ensure equipment and parts invoices are accurately recorded.
- Handle administrative functions, including document preparation and data entry.
- Maintain product and equipment pricing lists in QuickBooks.
- Collaborate with sales and operations teams to ensure accurate job costing and equipment pricing.
- Communicate with customers regarding order status, payments, and service scheduling.
Qualifications:
- Proven experience in QuickBooks
- 2 plus years of experience in admin, accounting, or bookkeeping roles
- Excellent organizational and communication skills
