Title: HTO Utilities Maintenance Planner
Location: Hillsboro, OR (Onsite)
Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced HTO Utilities Maintenance Planner to support Utilities Operations with maintenance planning, scheduling, CMMS administration, and facilities operations in a regulated manufacturing environment.
Key Responsibilities:
• Support Utilities Operations as a Planner/Scheduler for maintenance execution, buildings & grounds, and EHS activities
• Maintain CMMS data integrity, updates, and corrections
• Plan and coordinate routine/non-routine maintenance, repairs, and facility activities
• Develop detailed work plans, schedules, permits, safety instructions, and resource estimates
• Translate maintenance tasks into effective schedules integrated with production activities
• Support preventive, predictive, and reliability-centered maintenance programs
• Work closely with Facilities, MRO, Engineering, Production, and external contractors
• Monitor completed work orders and equipment performance trends
• Ensure compliance with cGMP and quality assurance requirements
• Identify process improvements and training gaps within maintenance workflows
• Operate within an FDA-regulated environment
Required Skills:
• Extensive experience with SAP and CMMS/Utility Maintenance systems
• Strong knowledge of cGMP regulations related to maintenance and calibration
• Experience with maintenance planning, scheduling, asset management, and facilities operations
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in fast-paced environments
• Strong communication, organizational, and customer service skills
• Experience working independently and within self-directed teams
Qualifications:
• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Industrial Engineering, Supply Chain, MIS, or related field
• Experience in maintenance planning, CMMS administration, or maintenance operations
