Job Summary

We are seeking a Salesforce Integration Architect with strong expertise in API-led integrations and Salesforce Service Cloud to design and implement scalable, enterprise-grade solutions.

This role is focused on architecting integrations between Salesforce and external systems, enabling seamless data flow and supporting high-volume customer service operations. The ideal candidate will have hands-on experience designing integration architectures, deep knowledge of Service Cloud, and proven experience operating in a Salesforce ecosystem.

Key Responsibilities

1. Integration Architecture (Core Focus)

• Design and own API-led integration architecture between Salesforce and enterprise systems
• Define and implement integration patterns using:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Middleware (MuleSoft, Boomi, Informatica)
• Build real-time and batch integrations
• Define best practices for:
• Data flow
• Error handling and retries
• Performance and scalability
• Ensure secure and reliable data exchange across systems

2. Salesforce Service Cloud Architecture

• Lead architecture and implementation of Service Cloud solutions
• Design end-to-end case management workflows
• Implement and optimize:
• Omni-channel routing
• CTI integrations
• Knowledge base and support workflows
• Ensure Service Cloud supports enterprise-scale support operations

3. Salesforce CRM & Integration Alignment

• Ensure seamless data flow across Sales Cloud and Service Cloud
• Define data models and integration touchpoints
• Maintain data integrity, consistency, and governance

4. Solution Design & Stakeholder Engagement

• Translate business requirements into scalable technical architecture
• Lead architecture discussions and design sessions
• Act as a hands-on architect, not just an advisor

5. Delivery & Collaboration

• Work with developers, integration teams, and business stakeholders
• Drive delivery in Agile environments
• Ensure solutions are scalable, maintainable, and production-ready

Required Qualifications (Strict Must-Haves)

Integration & API Expertise

• Strong experience designing integration architecture (not just implementing APIs)
• Hands-on experience with:
• REST / SOAP APIs
• Integration patterns
• ETL / data pipelines
• Experience with middleware:
• MuleSoft / Boomi / Informatica or similar

Salesforce Expertise

• Strong hands-on experience with:
• Service Cloud (mandatory)
• Sales Cloud
• Deep understanding of:
• Case management workflows
• Customer service operations
• CRM data models

Architecture Experience

• Proven experience operating as an Architect or Solution Architect
• Ability to design end-to-end system architecture

Technical Skills

• Strong understanding of:
• Data integration and data architecture
• Proficiency in:
• SQL
• Programming/scripting (Python or similar) is a plus

Experience

• 8 years of experience
• Strong background in:
• Salesforce ecosystem
• Integration architecture
• Enterprise system design

Preferred Qualifications

• Experience with Financial Services Cloud (FSC)
• Experience in banking / financial services domain
• Salesforce certifications (Integration Architect / Application Architect)
