This is a full-time hybrid role for a Customer Success Engineer - NGFW based in Santa Clara, CA, with the flexibility to work from home part of the time. The Customer Success Engineer will provide technical support, address client inquiries, and guide customers through product deployments and troubleshooting processes. The role involves resolving technical challenges, maintaining strong customer relationships, and supporting cybersecurity and network security solutions. The engineer will also assist in optimizing product usage to ensure customer satisfaction and long-term success.
- Expertise in Technical Support and Troubleshooting to resolve complex technical issues effectively
- Knowledge of Network Security and Cybersecurity concepts, with proficiency in implementing and supporting solutions related to firewall and threat management systems
- Exceptional Customer Support skills with a focus on understanding and addressing customer needs
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to maintain effective client interactions and engagement
- Proven ability to work in a hybrid work environment, balancing in-office and remote responsibilities
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or a related field, or equivalent work experience
