What This PRN Role Looks Like: You’ll be part of a dependable team that provides support when coverage is needed. This may include:
- Filling in for staff on scheduled time off or call-outs
- Picking up shifts based on your availability
- Working days, evenings, weekends, and overnights as you choose from available openings
This role is perfect for students, retirees, or anyone wanting extra income with the freedom to build their own schedule.
What You’ll Do:
- Support residents in daily living skills such as meal prep, personal care, household tasks, and budgeting
- Assist with participation in work, social, and recreational activities in the community
- Provide transportation to appointments, outings, and employment as needed
- Build connections and encourage independence in a positive, supportive way
- Document services and help track resident progress
- Administer medication (training provided!)

Requirements:
- Ability to maintain confidentiality and prioritize safety
