What You’ll Do:
As a Production Associate, you’ll be responsible for a variety of tasks that help keep our operations running smoothly and safely. You’ll:
- Perform essential production tasks including palletizing, case packing, rework, hand assembly, and sanitation
- Work efficiently to maintain production speed and meet quality standards
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and hygiene/safety protocols
- Communicate clearly with teammates and supervisors
- Keep your work area clean and organized
- Rotate through various areas and tasks as needed
- Identify and report quality or food safety issues
- Lift up to 15 lbs frequently, and occasionally up to 60 lbs, depending on assignment
- Stand for the duration of your shift and perform frequent bending, twisting, and reaching
What We’re Looking For:
- Ability to follow verbal and written instructions
- Willingness to accept feedback and learn new tasks
- Basic math and reading skills
- Good attention to detail and ability to recognize quality standards
- Flexibility to work in multiple production areas
- Positive attitude and team spirit
Preferred Qualifications:
- High school diploma, GED, or equivalent work experience
