What You’ll Do
In this role, you'll be hands-on in the production process, ensuring quality, safety, and efficiency across a variety of tasks, including:
- Palletizing, depalletizing, packing, sealing, and assembling products
- Blending materials and connecting ingredient bags
- Reworking and sanitizing as needed to meet quality standards
- Performing visual inspections to ensure product integrity
- Maintaining a clean and organized work area
- Reporting material shortages, safety issues, or quality concerns clearly and promptly
- Flexing between production areas and assisting teammates where needed

- You can read and understand instructions, perform basic math, and track materials accurately
Basic Requirements
- Must be 18 years of age or older
- Must pass a background check
- Ability to work flexible hours and different tasks as production needs shift
- Commitment to safety, hygiene, and Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs)
