What You’ll Do
- Work together with your team to keep production running smoothly — palletizing, packing, blending, reworking, inspecting products, and keeping your area clean and organized.
- Follow Good Manufacturing Practices (GMPs) and safety procedures to help us maintain the highest standards of quality and care.
- Communicate openly about materials, quality, or food safety needs.
- Jump in to help in different areas when needed and support your teammates.
- Operate equipment safely, including hoists and stand-up forklifts (certification required).

What You’ll Need
- Must be at least 18 years old.
- Able to stand for long periods, lift up to 15 lbs regularly and 60 lbs occasionally, bend, twist, and perform manual tasks.
- Comfortable reading, writing, and using basic math (weights, percentages, and color codes).
- Ability to work safely at heights and move between production areas.
- Must pass a drug test.
