POSITION SUMMARY
The Sr Supply Planner plays a critical role in ensuring finished goods availability across the TransMedics global network. The Sr Supply Planner is responsible for balancing supply and demand, managing inventory health across multiple regions, and ensuring transparency of material flow to support global commercial and clinical activities.

The Sr Supply Planner is responsible for balancing supply and demand, managing inventory health across multiple regions, and ensuring transparency of material flow to support global commercial and clinical activities.
Responsibilities
This position is responsible for, but not limited to, the following:
- Develop and maintain global inventory stocking strategies to ensure product availability while minimizing excess and obsolescence.
- Develop the inventory stocking strategy for NOP (National OCS Program) hubs to ensure efficient deployment of inventory while supporting the highest service levels.
- Review data for accurate execution of inventory balancing activities across the franchise.
- Monitor regional inventory balances and recommend replenishment or redeployment actions to maintain service level targets.
- Maintain accurate supply parameters (lead times, safety stock, reorder points) in ERP systems to ensure planning accuracy.
- Establish and maintain an allocation management process along with clear communication channels to internal partners.
- Collaborate with Commercial and Clinicl teams to understand regional demand changes, product launches, and promotional activities impacting supply.
- Supporting the monthly S&OP cycle by providing inputs, data validation, and scenario analyses for global supply reviews.
- Develop and refine supply planning reports, dashboards, and KPIs to monitor performance and identify improvement opportunities.
- This position will not have any management responsibilities.

- Standing, walking, or sitting for extended periods.
- Bachelor’s degree in supply chain, finance, engineering or related field
- 2 of experience in supply chain or production planning; global or multi-regional experience preferred.
- Outstanding written and verbal communication
- Proficiency in ERP systems
- Strong analytical skills and advanced proficiency in Excel (complex formulas, pivot tables, etc.).
- Experience working in a regulated industry (medical devices, pharma, etc.)
- Experience with Power BI or Tableau
