About the role
This role supports end-to-end supply planning, ensuring product availability, efficient inventory management, and strong alignment between supply, demand, and fulfillment teams. You will help drive operational excellence within a fast-paced, regulated environment.
Key Responsibilities
• Manage supply planning activities including inventory deployment, capacity planning, and safety stock levels.
• Coordinate with Commercial, Operations, Logistics, and Quality teams on order priorities and delivery commitments.
• Support IBP/S&OP processes with accurate supply plans and visibility to constraints.
• Lead fulfillment coordination to ensure timely, transparent execution of customer orders.
• Drive process improvements and support enhancements to ERP and planning tools.
Qualifications
• Bachelor’s degree in Supply Chain, Business, Engineering, or related field.
• 5 years of experience in supply chain operations or planning roles.
• Experience in regulated environments; medical device or pharmaceutical preferred.
• Strong understanding of supply planning, inventory management, and ERP systems.
• Proven ability to collaborate cross-functionally and support operational improvements.
Compensation (MA Pay Transparency):
• Estimated hourly range: $50–$55/hr (W-2).
• Final rate within this range will be based on skills, experience, and interview results.
