Supply Chain Coordinator/Inventory PlannerLocation:  Remote Pay Rate: $33 per hour Assignment Type: Temp 6 month contract (Could go longer)Fully Remote candidates need to live ESTESSENTIAL DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES Monitor and maintain finished goods inventory levels and ensure accuracy through regular cycle counts and resolve discrepancies when presentTrack aging inventory and communicate with appropriate personnel to ensure aged inventory is depleted promptlyDevelop and implement inventory control policies and procedures to ensure accuracy and efficiencyProcure supplies, materials, and equipment necessary for sales processing in a timely manner to support the business requirementsSubmit weekly demand to Headquarters in Korea for hardware and software goods to fulfill customer ordersDevelop, analyze, and report on key sales metrics, such as pipeline, forecasting, performance, and sales trendsAssist with document support for international imports and exportsEnsure Ultrasound units in finished goods are at the latest released software version by providing data of said units and coordinating with Service for upgradesFacilitate and run weekly forecast calls with Korean Headquarters which takes place at 8PMAct as a liaison between customers and internal teams, ensuring that customer needs are met, and issues are resolved in a timely mannerWork closely with other department heads to ensure cross-functional alignment and optimize internal processesDevelop a deep understanding of the company's products and services to effectively assist customers and address their needsWorks closely with Finance to assure accuracy of purchases to minimize accounting issuesEducation & experienceBA/BS in Supply Chain Management, Logistics, Business Administration, or related fieldCOMPUTER & ANALYTIC SKILLSExperience with ERP, preferably Microsoft Dynamics Great PlainsYou must be excellent with technology, be able to present using a laptop, tablet, or via the webMust be able demonstrate proficiency with MS Office package, especially Excel, and others such as Word, and PowerPoint; as well as Outlook, Internet Explorer, and Google ChromeCOMPETENCIES..Pay Statement and Pay Transparency Laws: rate of pay listed is on a per hour basis.
