Portfolio Property Manager

Job Description:
We are seeking an experienced Property Manager to oversee a portfolio of condominium and cooperative buildings in lower Westchester County, NY and Riverdale (Bronx). The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing day-to-day operations, ensuring compliance with local regulations, coordinating maintenance and repairs, managing vendor relationships, preparing budgets, attending board meetings, and serving as the primary point of contact for boards, residents, and building staff.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage daily operations of multiple residential properties (condos/co-ops)
• Coordinate building maintenance, repairs, and capital improvement projects
• Prepare and manage annual budgets and financial reports
• Ensure compliance with housing regulations and board policies
• Attend and participate in regular board meetings, providing operational and financial updates
• Handle resident concerns and enforce building rules
• Oversee vendor contracts and building staff performance
