Full Service Personal Injury Law Firm seeking a paralegal to join their team!Location: Bay Ridge, Brooklyn--fully in officeResponsibilities:Draft, review, and file legal documents including pleadings, discovery, subpoenas, and motionsManage case files from inception through trialConduct legal research and summarize medical records and deposition transcriptsCoordinate and schedule depositions, IMEs, hearings, and court appearancesMaintain and organize case calendars and deadlinesCommunicate with clients, experts, court personnel, and opposing counselPrepare trial binders and assist with trial preparationRequirements:Minimum 2 years of litigation experience, with a strong focus on personal injuryFamiliarity with New York court procedures and e-filing systems (NYSCEF, PACER)Excellent written and verbal communication skillsStrong attention to detail and organizational skillsAbility to multitask and work in a fast-paced environmentProficiency in Microsoft Office and legal case management software
