Accounting Manager

Full Service Printing Company seeking an Accounting Manager to join their team!This role is essential for managing all Bookkeeping tasks such as accounts payable and receivable, inventory, month-end and year-end processes and ensuring accuracy and maintaining compliance with GAAP standards.ExperienceMut have previous Bookkeeping experience Very hands on and ability to work independentlyInventory experience highly preferredExperience with QuickbooksExperience with tax-exempt, W9, W8 BEN-E forms.Good understanding of accounts payable, receivable processes and reconciliation (month-end & year-end).Excellent mathematical skills with a keen attention to detail.Ability to work effectively both independently and as part of a team.Good customer service skills.ResponsibilitiesPrepare and process accounts payable and accounts receivable transactions in QuickBooks.Generate invoices to customer, as well as payment application.Prepare Daily Cash Report.Payment application in QuickBooks.Deposit preparation.Collaborate with other departmental members to ensure timely processing of invoices and payments.Provide clerical support, including data entry, filing, phone support, mail,Perform inventory-related tasks.Perform month-end and year end close.Work closely with Parts Dept and Sales Associate regarding receiving and shipping of machines, part, etc. and making sure that it’s reflected in QuickBooks.Work closely with the tax accountant for the year-end preparation.PTET quarterly tax filingssLight customer collection calls.Financial statement preparation and analysis.Generate quarterly sales report (by sales rep & location).Maintain and process credit card payments using CardConnect/CardPointe Portal (online).Prepare and process weekly payroll (Isolved).Coordinate with Isolved for year-end tasks (1099 & W2).Maintain QuickBooks on real estate investment properties for month-end and year-end preparation.Liaison with Chase Bank Branch Manager for banking needs.Own all accounting functions.

Salary : $80,000 - $100,000
