Training Wheels ABA is a locally led, growing organization committed to delivering high-quality care to the children and families we serve while fostering a strong, supportive environment for our teams.
We are seeking a Senior Operations Manager to lead clinic operations at a high level while also supporting the development of Operations Managers across the organization. This role is ideal for an experienced operations leader who consistently demonstrates strong performance and is ready to expand their impact through mentorship, training, and broader operational leadership.
The Senior Operations Manager plays a critical role in ensuring operational excellence, driving performance, and maintaining a positive, accountable culture within the clinic.
Key Responsibilities:
Center Operations & Performance
- Oversee daily clinic operations to ensure efficient scheduling and full staff and client utilization
- Manage real-time schedule adjustments to minimize cancellations and maintain continuity of care
- Monitor staff hours and client utilization to ensure alignment with financial targets
- Identify operational inefficiencies and implement effective solutions
KPI & Financial Accountability
Own and drive performance across key metrics, including:
- Utilization
- Staff hours administered
- Onboarding timelines
- Revenue-impacting scheduling gaps
- Consistently meet or exceed performance expectations
- Provide proactive updates to leadership on performance, risks, and opportunities
- Analyze trends and implement improvements to drive operational outcomes
Leadership & Operations Manager Development
- Serve as a mentor and resource to Operations Managers
- Support the onboarding and training of new OMs
- Reinforce operational standards, expectations, and best practices
- Provide support to additional centers during periods of transition or increased need
Client Onboarding & Growth Support
- Oversee the onboarding process from intake through first day of services
- Ensure authorizations, scheduling, and client start timelines are accurate and timely
- Partner with Intake and Clinical teams to support center growth and capacity
Team Leadership & Culture
- Partner closely with Clinical Directors and BCBAs to align on staffing and performance
- Foster a positive, accountable, and high-performing clinic environment
- Address staff concerns in a timely and professional manner
- Support engagement and retention initiatives at the center level
Compliance & Operational Oversight
- Ensure adherence to company policies and regulatory requirements
- Maintain accurate documentation and reporting standards
- Support audits and ensure operational readiness

Qualifications:Qualifications
- Bachelor’s degree preferred (Healthcare Administration, Business, or related field)
- 4 years of experience in healthcare or ABA operations
- Proven success as an Operations Manager or similar leadership role
- Strong understanding of scheduling, utilization, and operational KPIs
- Demonstrated ability to lead, mentor, and influence others
- Strong organizational, communication, and problem-solving skills
- Proficiency in Excel and reporting systems
Salary : $70,000 - $80,000
