Training Wheels ABA is expanding our In-Home ABA Team and is seeking experienced, certified Registered Behavior Technicians (RBTs) who live in Buda/ Kyle/ East Austin Area. This is a highly specialized team that provides ABA therapy directly in the client’s home, offering meaningful, one-on-one support to children and their families.

About the Role

As an In-Home RBT, you will:

• Provide 1:1 ABA therapy inside the client’s home

• Implement individualized treatment plans created by a BCBA

• Support skill development in communication, social skills, play, behavior reduction, and daily living

• Maintain accurate session notes and documentation

• Communicate effectively with your supervising BCBA and care team

• Travel between client homes based on assigned caseload

Pay Range

$20.00 – $26.00 per hour, depending on experience, certification tenure, and skillset.

Requirements

• Active Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification

• Experience providing ABA therapy

• Reliable transportation for home-to-home sessions

• Strong communication and professionalism

• Bilingual preferred (Spanish/English)

• Must live in Buda/ Kyle/ East Austin Area to support caseload needs

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift throughout the session

• Ability to lift up to 50 pounds

• Comfort working in active, play-based environments inside client homes

Qualifications:

• Interest in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
• At least 1-2 years of experience working with children
• Certified RBT
