We are hiring Entry Level Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support young learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No ABA experience required — we provide all paid training and support needed for RBT certification.

What You’ll Do

• Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD

• Follow therapeutic programs created by a BCBA

• Support communication, play, social, and daily living skill development

• Track and document client progress

• Collaborate daily with your BCBA and Operations Manager

Paid Training RBT Certification

We will fully prepare you with:

• 40 hours ABA classroom training

• RBT competency assessment

• Support to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in about 30 days

Physical Requirements

• Ability to stand, walk, kneel, and lift throughout the day

Qualifications:

• Interest in psychology, special education, or related field preferred
• HS Diploma or equivalent 
• At least 6 months of experience working with children
• Passion for helping children reach their full potential
