We are hiring Entry Level Behavior Technicians (BTs) to support young learners with Autism Spectrum Disorder (ASD). No ABA experience required — we provide all paid training and support needed for RBT certification.

What You’ll Do
- Work 1:1 with children diagnosed with ASD
- Follow therapeutic programs created by a BCBA
- Support communication, play, social, and daily living skill development
- Track and document client progress
- Collaborate daily with your BCBA and Operations Manager
Paid Training RBT Certification
We will fully prepare you with:
- 40 hours ABA classroom training
- RBT competency assessment
- Support to earn your Registered Behavior Technician (RBT) certification in about 30 days

Physical Requirements
