As a Bartender, you’ll be at the center of the guest experience—creating welcoming moments, crafting quality beverages, and providing exceptional service in a fast-paced hospitality environment. The ideal candidate is personable, energetic, and passionate about delivering outstanding hospitality while maintaining professionalism and responsible alcohol service.
WHAT YOU'LL DO
• Prepare and serve alcoholic and non-alcoholic beverages accurately and consistently
• Welcome guests and provide friendly, attentive, and personalized service
• Recommend cocktails, wine, beer, and other beverage offerings based on guest preferences
• Maintain a clean, organized, and sanitary bar area throughout service
• Operate POS systems and process guest payments accurately
• Verify guest identification and follow all alcohol service laws and company policies
• Assist with inventory management, stocking, and bar supply replenishment
• Collaborate with servers, managers, and kitchen teams to create a seamless guest experience
• Maintain a positive and professional attitude during all shifts
• Support additional duties as assigned
WHAT WE'RE LOOKING FOR
• Previous bartending experience in a restaurant, bar, or hospitality environment
• Strong guest service and hospitality skills
• Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Ability to multitask and stay organized during busy service periods
• Basic math skills and experience handling payments
• Knowledge of responsible alcohol service practices
• Beverage knowledge including cocktails, wine, beer, and spirits preferred
• Experience with Toast POS and inventory management preferred

SCHEDULE
Hospitality requires a flexible schedule. Team members may be required to work days, evenings, weekends, holidays, and extended hours based on business needs and seasonal demands.
