ABOUT OUR ROLE | We are seeking a highly motivated and experienced-driven Assistant Front Office Manager to join our team at Trailborn Surf & Sound. The AFOM will assist the FOM with daily oversight of our Front Desk operations as well as our Valet/Bell staff operations, as well as support of the Marketplace revenue center. The successful candidate will be responsible for ensuring exceptional customer service, assisting the Front Office Manager with managing and training the Guest Services staff, and ensuring compliance with all Marriott Bonvoy standards, loyalty recognition, and guest engagement initiatives.
