Barista (Part-Time / Full-Time) — Harmony Loft Café

Harmony Loft Café is hiring a friendly, reliable Barista to deliver great coffee and warm hospitality in a fast-paced downtown café. If you love people, work well on a team, and care about quality, we’d love to meet you.
What you’ll do
- Prepare espresso drinks, drip coffee, tea, and specialty beverages to recipe/quality standards
- Greet guests, answer menu questions, and provide efficient, genuine service
- Operate POS, handle payments, and manage pickup/to-go orders
- Keep the café clean, stocked, and organized (bar, dining area, and back-of-house)
- Complete opening/closing duties and daily side work
- Support light food service and catering/packaging needs as scheduled
What we’re looking for
- Barista or food service experience preferred (we’ll train the right person)
- Strong customer service skills and attention to detail
- Ability to stay calm, accurate, and positive during busy rushes
- Dependable, punctual, and team-oriented
- Able to stand for long periods and lift up to ~30 lbs
- Availability for weekday morning/day shifts (Mon–Fri)
Schedule
- Part-time and/or full-time available
- Shifts generally in the morning through mid-afternoon, Monday–Friday
