Responsibilities
- Efficiently clean and sanitize dishes, glassware, utensils, pots, pans, and kitchen equipment to uphold health standards.
- Assist with bussing tables by clearing plates, silverware, and glassware promptly and courteously.
- Support food preparation tasks as needed, including basic chopping, plating, or organizing ingredients under supervision.
- Maintain cleanliness of dining areas by sweeping floors, wiping down surfaces, and resetting tables for incoming guests.
- Help with catering events or banquet setups by transporting supplies and ensuring service areas are tidy.
- Follow proper food handling procedures to ensure safety and hygiene standards are met at all times.
- Collaborate with kitchen staff to support cooking activities when required, gaining exposure to culinary processes.
