Parts Sales - West Salem

Tractor Central, Western Wisconsin's premier John Deere Agriculture and Turf dealership, is seeking a Parts Sales Representative at our West Salem location.

Parts Sales Representative Job Requirements:

• Previous experience in agricultural equipment, parts sales, customer service, automotive, heavy equipment, or a related industry preferred.
• Knowledge of agricultural, lawn and garden, or commercial equipment parts is preferred.
• Familiarity with John Deere equipment and parts systems is a plus.
• Strong organizational skills with attention to detail and accuracy.
• Comfortable using computers, including Microsoft Office and dealership inventory software.
• Excellent communication, customer service, and relationship-building skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while managing multiple priorities.

Parts Sales Representative Job Responsibilities:

• Assist customers in identifying and purchasing the correct parts for their agricultural, turf, and commercial equipment.
• Provide exceptional customer service to both walk-in and phone customers.
• Research, source, and order parts while maintaining accurate inventory records.
• Process parts sales transactions, quotations, and special orders efficiently and accurately.
• Maintain knowledge of John Deere parts, current programs, promotions, and competitive products.
• Work closely with the service department to ensure timely parts availability for repairs.
• Help maintain a clean, organized, and well-stocked parts department.
• Contribute to department goals by delivering outstanding customer support and promoting dealership growth.
