Procurement Consultant (Facilities Management)
Location: Plano, TX
Duration: 12-Month Contract
Work Model: Hybrid
Hybrid- in office Monday and Tuesday, virtual Wed-Friday, however, they may need to be flexible to come in Wed-Friday if need arises.
Training will be provided for systems and overview to indirect procurement group- approximately 100 people in group
Top Skills Needed:
- 3-5 yrs in Ariba Procure to Pay experience is a MUST, In Direct Procurement(recent preferred, but at least in last 5 years) , experience being a buyer, knowing the procurement process from start to finish- explain what happens in a sourcing event, Attention to detail is critical.
- Great follow up and communications skills both verbal and written Tableau for reporting MS Office Suite (Excel, PowerPoint)
- Experience in facilities and automotive is preferred, but priority is procurement facilities space
Qualifications
- Contract drafting and negotiation experience
- Bachelor’s degree in Business, Supply Chain, or related field
- Experience working in large, cross-functional teams
- Automotive industry experience (nice to have)
