NOTE: Currently REMOTE; candidate must be open to transitioning to onsite (Mon–Thu) in Plano, TX whenever the contractor in-office mandate is implemented. No confirmed timeline yet.
Job Description
We’re seeking an experienced Senior SOX Analyst to support SOX compliance, internal controls, audit coordination, risk assessment, remediation, and financial reporting processes.
Must-Have Skills:
- 5-10 Years of relevant work experience – min of 5 yrs
- Familiarity with Audit, Sarbanes Oxley, COSO, GRC methodologies and frameworks
- Strong knowledge of SOX, COSO & GRC frameworks
- Audit & financial reporting background
- Excellent communication & analytical skills
- Proficiency in Excel, PowerPoint, SharePoint, Teams, Lucid
- Audit background
Education:
- Four-Year College Degree (BA or BS] - Accounting (business/finance)
Preferred:
- CPA / CIA / CFE Certification
- Advance degree (Master of Accounting / MBA)
- Experience in Financial Services, Banking, or Automotive industry
- Archer GRC experience
