Change Management and Communications Lead III
Location: Houston, TX (Hybrid)
Employment Type: Contract (12 months, High potential for extension)
Overview:
We are seeking a Change Management and Communications Lead III with a strong mix of Project Management, Change Management, and Business Analysis experience. This role will support GTM Operations by partnering with business stakeholders to deliver complex initiatives end-to-end, with a focus on process optimization and measurable business outcomes.
Key Responsibilities:
- Lead multiple cross-functional initiatives from planning through execution and sustainment
- Develop project charters, governance structures, and master schedules
- Integrate change management into the project lifecycle and support adoption strategies
- Conduct change impact assessments and collaborate with change specialists
- Identify process gaps and drive workflow standardization and optimization
- Provide executive-level communications, reporting, and stakeholder updates
- Coordinate project activities, timelines, and dependencies
- Support internal project audits and documentation reviews
- Manage project-related documentation (e.g., drawings, as-builts, storage processes)
- Partner with IT teams (no direct system implementation)
- Assist with vendor coordination and project intake processes
Required Skills:
- Strong Project Management experience (business/operations side, not IT-focused)
- Solid understanding of change management principles
- Ability to influence stakeholders without direct authority
- Experience in process improvement and operational efficiency
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills
- Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite
Preferred Qualifications:
- Oil & Gas industry experience (Gas Transmission preferred)
- PMP or Prosci certification is a plus
