Duration: 12 Month Contract
Overview
We are seeking a highly skilled Change Management and Communications Lead III to support complex, cross-functional initiatives within GTM Operations. This role requires a strong blend of Project Management, Change Management, and Business Analysis capabilities, with a focus on driving process optimization and delivering measurable business outcomes.
The ideal candidate will partner closely with business sponsors, operational leaders, and cross-functional stakeholders to manage initiatives end-to-end, while ensuring alignment across scope, timelines, risks, and dependencies.
Key Responsibilities
- Lead end-to-end delivery of business initiatives, including planning, execution, and sustainment
- Develop and maintain project charters, master schedules, governance frameworks, and reporting structures
- Integrate change management practices into the project lifecycle, ensuring smooth adoption and transition from current to future state
- Conduct change impact assessments and develop integrated project and change plans
- Partner with business sponsors, leads, and stakeholders to drive alignment and execution
- Identify process gaps and recommend improvements to enhance efficiency, safety, and operational effectiveness
- Standardize and harmonize workflows across GTM operations and ancillary functions
- Coordinate and track multiple concurrent initiatives, ensuring timelines and deliverables are met
- Support internal audits and review project documentation, including drawings and as-built records
- Manage aspects of vendor coordination and engagement as needed
- Collaborate with IT teams on initiatives (no direct system implementation ownership)
- Provide clear, concise executive-level communications and reporting
- Influence stakeholders and drive adoption without direct authority
Required Skills & Qualifications
- Strong Project Management experience on business-side initiatives (non-IT focused)
- Proven experience in change management and integrating it within project delivery
- Ability to manage multiple initiatives simultaneously in a fast-paced environment
- Strong stakeholder management and influencing skills across all organizational levels
- Experience with process optimization, workflow standardization, and operational improvements
- Excellent communication skills with the ability to present to executive leadership
- Proficiency in MS Project, Visio, and Microsoft Office Suite
- Experience with project governance, reporting, and scheduling tools
Preferred Qualifications
- Experience in Oil & Gas industry, with exposure to Gas Transmission highly preferred
- Familiarity with operational project environments and infrastructure-related workflows
- PMP and/or Prosci certification preferred
- Experience working alongside change management specialists and cross-functional delivery teams
Salary : $60 - $65
