What are the responsibilities and job description for the F&I/Sales Manager position at Toyota?
:
Oversee sales department to include:
- Ensuring compliance with laws and regulations affecting car sales and finance department
- Ensuring proper follow up of all potential buyers
- Ensuring proper knowledge and training of sales staff
- Assisting with closing deals as needed
- Establishing and maintaining standards for the delivery of vehicles to customers
- Reviewing inventory daily to ensure proper mix of inventory
- Communicating daily with service department regarding service of inventory vehicles
- Performing trade appraisals as needed
Perform F&I functions to include:
- Selling financing, gap insurance, warranty, and service programs to customer and proving customer with thorough explanation of purchase and financing options
- Following up consistently with lending institutions to ensure contracts are funded
- Processing all federal, state, and dealer paperwork related to vehicle transaction in a timely and efficient manner
- Processing all title work
Requirements:
- Minimum 2 years relevant experience
- Valid DL
- MD Vehicle Salesman license or ability to obtain
Salary : $90,000 - $120,000
