Who we’re looking for
Toyota’s Human Resources Department is looking for a passionate and highly motivated HR Administrator, Japan Staff Support.
Reporting to the Senior Manager, Human Resources, the primary responsibility of this role is to role is to provide a wide range of business and living support so that expatriates and business travelers from Japan can integrate into the area to concentrate on their work.
This position is based at our Saline, Michigan site with a hybrid mix of some in-office time and some remote work. Speak with your Recruiter and the Hiring Manager to learn more about our hybrid work program. The person selected for the role will be expected to reside within commutable distance of Saline, Michigan (relocation assistance is not available).
What you’ll be doing
- Administrative work and communication for Toyota Motor Corporation (TMC), Toyota Personal Services Corporation (TPSC), and Toyota Motor Personnel Services (TMPS).
- Administrative support and communication for TMNA Japan Staff.
- Administrative work for Japan Assignment Support Group.
What you bring
- Written and verbal fluency in English and Japanese
- Administrative assistant experience
- Proficiency working with Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, PowerPoint, Teams, Outlook)
- Excellent communication skills
Added bonus if you have
Japanese expatriate support experience- Previous HR experience
