The Daily Scoop is seeking a highly motivated Store Manager to take the SCOOPS!! As a Store Manager, you will be responsible for overseeing the daily operations of our newest location, ensuring excellent customer service, and managing an awesome team of employees.
Responsibilities:
- Manage all aspects of the store's operations, including sales, customer service, inventory management, and employee scheduling
- Train, motivate, and supervise a team of sales associates to deliver exceptional customer service
- Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, as well as local regulations
- Maintain a clean and organized store environment that reflects our brand image
- Collaborate with the marketing team to develop and execute promotional activities to increase foot traffic and drive sales
- Handle customer inquiries, complaints, and escalations in a professional and timely manner
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends and market conditions to effectively position our products in the market
Qualifications:
- Previous experience in a retail management role is beneficial.
- Strong leadership skills with the ability to effectively manage a team
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Ability to multitask, prioritize tasks, and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
