Position: Maintenance Manager
Location: Emerald Edge Apartments – Franklin, OH
Schedule: Monday–Friday, 8:00 AM–5:00 PM, with on-call rotation
Pay: $27–$29/hour (based on experience), plus commissions, bonuses, and incentives
Hiring Bonus: $1,000

If you enjoy variety, problem-solving, and making an impact, this role will keep you engaged every day. We’re looking for:
- 2 years of maintenance experience in residential or multi-family settings
- Strong skills in HVAC, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, and appliances
- EPA certification (required)
- Ability to complete work orders efficiently while maintaining high standards
- Leadership experience preferred
- Availability for on-call rotation (evenings/weekends as needed)
- Strong communication and organizational skills
- Valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and insurance
- Willingness to complete a background check and drug screening
Make an Impact
Lead by example to keep the community safe, comfortable, and well maintained while embracing daily variety and challenges.
- Perform and oversee preventive maintenance (HVAC, plumbing, electrical, appliances, roofing, grounds)
- Conduct inspections and ensure all work meets quality standards
- Manage maintenance supplies and budgets
- Ensure timely completion of work orders and unit turns
- Maintain HVAC and safety systems (fire alarms, extinguishers, etc.)
- Supervise, train, and support maintenance staff
- Respond to on-call emergencies as needed
