Position: Leasing Professional
Location: The Apex Apartments - Cincinnati, OH
Office Hours: Monday–Friday, 9:00 AM–6:00 PM, with occasional Saturdays as needed
Pay Rate: Up to $21 per hour (based on experience), plus commissions and incentives
What You'll Do:
Drive leasing success and deliver an exceptional customer experience from first contact through move-in.
- Engage prospects, conduct tours, and showcase apartments and amenities
- Manage inquiries, follow-ups, and leasing activity in Yardi
- Assist with applications, renewals, and insurance verification
- Ensure smooth move-ins and maintain model and market-ready units
- Support administrative tasks, reporting, marketing, and resident events
Who You Are:
A motivated, customer-focused professional who thrives in a fast-paced environment.
- At least 1 year of experience required; leasing or customer service experience preferred
- Strong organizational skills with attention to detail
- Sales experience a plus
- Proficient in Microsoft Office; Yardi experience preferred
- Experience with tours, leasing, and application management
- Detail-oriented with a focus on customer service and community engagement
- Comfortable supporting marketing and social media efforts
- Must have a valid driver’s license, reliable vehicle, and auto insurance
