Job Summary

  • The invasive cardiac vascular technologist assists with all aspects of invasive services and patient care in the cardiac vascular procedure environment.
  • This area includes but is not limited too, cardiac catheterization, electrophysiology, endovascular.

Qualifications

Education Requirements

  • 2 year/Associate Degree
  • Completes and maintains all competencies and trainings as required for role.

Experience

  • EP experience is preferred

Certification and Licensure

  • ACLS Certification
  • BLS Certification
  • Cardiac Vascular Invasive Specialist (CVIS) or Registered Cardiovascular Invasive Specialist (RCIS) Certification or Registered Cardiac Electrophysiology Specialist (RCES) Certification (must obtain within 6 months of hire)
